The Spring season of TOPSoccer is upon us! TOPSoccer is The Outreach Program for Soccer for kids with special needs, a national outreach program for soccer sponsored by US Youth Soccer. We welcome any child 5 and up for whom a typical soccer recreational program would not have enough support or the right structure to meet their needs.
