Winter Futsal

img_0178We’ve just opened registration for Saints Winter Futsal league.  We’re opening it to Saints Families first and then will open it to other families on October 10th.  We’re fielding several boys and girls teams from U7 (2010 & 2011 birth years) to U15 (2002 & 2003 birth years).  Teams will fill up fast, so if you’re interested register now through the link at the top of the website.  All teams will be playing weekend games at Rose City Futsal, with the exception of our U15 Boys team, who will be playing at Portland Futsal.  The season runs from November 19th until February 12th with no games being played over the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s holidays.  We’re pretty excited about our first futsal season.  It’s a fantastic way for our kids to get some indoor training and further develop their skills during the winter months.

Fall Season Kick-off!

saints-jerseysThe Fall season is finally here! The Saints Soccer Academy is 100% ready to kick off our inaugural Fall season this weekend. We’ve had some great practices over the last few weeks and our Coaches and Teams are all excited for first kick-off. Our U13 Boys have the honor of christening our season at 10:00am on Saturday at Alder Creek Middle School vs. HSC Newberg. GO out and support them if you can! You can find all of our team’s schedules here on our website and you can also get them and other bits of helpful information from these links. Go Saints!

Mt Hood Challenge

Mt. Hood Challengeboys

The Saints U11/U10 Boys, U13 Boys, U10 Girls and U12 Girls all played in the Mt Hood Challenge in August tournament and had a great time!  Our U10 Girls had a great showing and finished well in their crowded division. The U13 Boys finished with a 2nd place Medal and we’re all proud of their efforts!  The U12/11 boys and U12 girls greatly improved as the weekend progressed after taking a few weeks off before the tourney for summer rest!  Of course it’s not all about winning and we’re proud of all of our teams for the great effort they put forth.  Way to go Saints!
